This summer marks Year 4 of CDAWF’s mental health community programming in Brooklyn. What started as a small workshop series has grown into a space people return to for support, movement, and real conversation.
In Summer 2025, our Let’s Talk Mental Health: Depression & Anxiety workshops brought neighbors together for six weeks of honest dialogue, practical tools, and shared healing. The energy, trust, and turnout made one thing clear: this community needs spaces like this.
Summer 2026 is bigger!
More connection. More movement. More moments to show up for yourself and each other. If you are navigating depression or anxiety and looking for community that feels real, grounded, and local, you are in the right place.
